The concept of the studio is very straight forward; create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere where the client will enjoy a very personal training experience in a private setting. Concept 21 fitness ensures maximum results by custom - tailoring a unique workout for each individual. After setting a starting point for fitness goals, a series of assessments are made regarding factors such as endurance, strength, and body mass index (BMI). With these results, a workout plan is created to take advantage of personal strengths and improve on any possible shortcomings. Biggest advantage lies in both the affordability and flexibility. Client can choose the best time to complete the workouts. Online coaching helps you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space.

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING.

 

Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own. Both the Trainer and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout. With no more than 5 people on your group there’s no time to let your mind wander with a trainer keeping tight programming and watching your every move.
